- 5. Offer – Determine terms of offer and go under contract.
- 6. Inspect – Inspect boundaries, improvements, topography, and other factors.
- 7. Survey – Order or review existing survey, have boundaries marked.
- 8. Closing – Prior to closing review title commitment, deed restrictions, contract terms are met, and other factors.
